We are currently seeking a skilled Recruiter/HR to join our team, who will be able to independently manage 70% of recruitment processes and 30% of HR processes. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing candidate’s qualifications and cultural fit, writing feedback, writing scripts for mailings and negotiating offers.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records with well documented recruiting reports in our applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure that the final interview (with CEO) evaluation coincides with initial evaluations from the Recruiter, maintaining consistency and alignment in candidate assessment throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure all open positions are filled on time within the committed deadline.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Conduct exit interviews and offboarding procedures for departing employees.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, including conducting 1:1 meetings and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the recruitment and HR tasks.

  • Recruitment and HR Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Facilitates effective collaboration within teams.
  • Interviewing Proficiency: Conducts thorough assessments of candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Manages multiple priorities effectively.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Education: Preferably in human resources management or related field.
  • Long-Term Commitment: Ready to commit to the role for the long term.
