- At least Intermediate or higher level of English both written and spoken;
- Knowledge of Boolean / X-ray search and sourcing tools;
- Ability to identify and source top talent;
- Experience in IT sourcing (researching) or completed recruiting courses;
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with experience meeting deadlines
- Proactive identification of candidates that match the desired skill set for a current job opening;
- Sourcing on LinkedIn, Turbo Hiring, GitHub, and any other avenues for finding talent;
- Gain a deep understanding of recruiting operations and the urgent needs of the hiring team;
- Drawing up CVs of candidates in a corporate format;
