Requirements
- At least Intermediate level of English both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Boolean or X-ray search and sourcing tools.
- Ability to identify and source top talent.
- Experience in IT sourcing (researching) or completed recruiting courses.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify candidates matching the desired skill set for a current job opening
- Source on LinkedIn, Turbo Hiring, GitHub, and any other avenues for finding talent
- Gain a deep understanding of recruiting operations and the urgent needs of the hiring team
- Draw up CVs of candidates in a corporate format
