What you'll do
1. Developing our solution set with a commitment to deliver high-quality code to production
2. Participating in the full cycle of software application and business logic development
3. Participate in demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies and Idea Talks
4. Participating in project estimation and planning
5. Conducting code reviews & writing code tests
6. Working on continuous technology integration
7. If desired, participation in technical interviews and/or mentoring, knowledge sharing in dev2dev/meetup format (including external events)
What you bring
1. At least 3 years of practical experience with Rust
2. Experience with C and C++ is preferred
3. A strong understanding of FFI, UB, and optimizing programs and the ability to use a profiler
4. A strong understanding of the principles of work of client-server web-applications and experience and understanding of the principles of designing database structures
5. Experience in writing unit and functional tests
6. Experience with Git, and the ability to use operating systems like *nix
7. Experience with Memcached, Redis, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Cassandra, Kafka technologies, and other Java, Go, Python, TypeScript and Javascript languages is welcome
8. A B1 level of English or higher, and experience in communicating with English-speaking customers
9. A desire to improve their skills and keep abreast of the latest technological advances in web development
