Overview: We are a leading provider of WhatsApp integration for Shared Inboxes and CRMs, facilitating seamless marketing automation. Our solution is ideal for mid-sized and large teams using multiple WhatsApp accounts (5+). We have maximized our direct demand channels (AdWords, SEO, marketplace traffic) and are now looking to enhance our product with advanced features and analytics to better serve our users. Our goal is to demonstrate how easy and beneficial it is to integrate WhatsApp into their marketing automation strategies.
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a proven track record in B2B SaaS, managing complex products, and utilizing analytics. This is a full-time position. You will integrate with our team and lead the development and execution of new features and improvements, utilizing our internal resources and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap and features for the WhatsApp integration, focusing on advanced functionalities and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and product specifications.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features and improvements.
- Utilize analytics to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
- Oversee the preparation of visual assets (images, videos), collaborating with external contractors as needed.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Product Owner role for B2B SaaS products.
- Strong skills in defining product requirements, managing product backlogs, and utilizing analytics.
- Experience in managing complex products and working with development teams.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Shared Inboxes, CRMs, and WhatsApp integrations is a plus.
