Trixcode is a web development studio from Kyrgyzstan. What you’ll do
- Conduct discovery calls (20–40 minutes) with qualified leads.
- Identify client goals, budgets, and timelines; align with tech leads for scoping.
- Prepare commercial proposals with clear packages, pricing, and next steps.
- Manage sales funnel in CRM: follow‑ups, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Handle onboarding of new clients and maintain relationships for upsell/cross‑sell.
- Collaborate with marketing to keep case studies, portfolio, and templates up to date.
- Gather client feedback and translate it into insights for the team.
Who we’re looking for
- 1+ year in IT sales or 3+ years in corporate B2B sales.
- Experience closing deals worth $5k–$50k.
- English level B2+ (spoken and written) to lead client calls confidently.
- Strong discipline: CRM hygiene, timely follow‑ups, clear notes.
Nice to have
- Background in IT services or project management.
- Experience with EU/US/MENA clients.
- Knowledge of contracts and processes: SoW, NDA, invoicing, milestone models.
KPI and goals
- Conversion from qualified lead to deal: 20–35%.
- Average deal size: $7k+ with growth each quarter.
- Reaction to qualified lead: answer within 1 hour in working time.
- Proposal: same day as discovery call or ≤24h after.
- Upsell share from existing clients: 15%+ of revenue.
Tools
HubSpot / amoCRM / Bitrix24, Notion/Confluence/Jira, Google Meet/Zoom, Google Docs/Slides, Loom.
Compensation
- Fixed salary: $500–$2 000 depending on level.
- Commission: 5–15% of project margin, applied to first 6 months of each client contract.
- Training budget for sales courses and presales materials.
- Flexible 5/2 schedule, remote or Bishkek office.
Hiring process
Screening call (15 min) → practical assignment (mini-proposal based on a sample brief) → interview with founder and tech lead (role-play discovery + objection handling) → offer.
