We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. If you have a passion for technology, a desire to learn, and the ability to build strong relationships, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients through various lead generation strategies, including cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, budget, and decision-making process, and schedule product demos or meetings with the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and create targeted messaging for different industries and buyer personas.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and appointments.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development to continually improve your skills and stay updated on industry trends.


Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (experience in software or technology sales is a big plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot)
  • A genuine interest in technology and the ability to learn and understand complex software solutions.
