Company ZenBit Tech is working on creating digital solutions for HealthCare organizations and startups.


We are working in this field for more than 5 years. Most of our clients are based in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the US.


Responsibilities:

  • 1+ year of SDR, Sales Support/Ops experience
  • !!!! Experience with IT outsourcing services
  • !!!! Fluent English
  • Experience with CRM software (Hubspot)


Requirements:

  • Collaborating with Marketing and Delivery teams to respond to sales requests
  • Market research and search for prospects
  • Help with conducting sales campaigns
  • Provide lead nurturing process
  • Handle responses, schedule appointments, follow-ups
  • Suggest improvements to ideal customer profiles
  • Update CRM with information on customer and lead
  • Ability to find and share necessary information which helps build communication with prospects
  • Review, evaluate and update current processes
