Responsibilities:
- 1+ year of SDR, Sales Support/Ops experience
- !!!! Experience with IT outsourcing services
- !!!! Fluent English
- Experience with CRM software (Hubspot)
Requirements:
- Collaborating with Marketing and Delivery teams to respond to sales requests
- Market research and search for prospects
- Help with conducting sales campaigns
- Provide lead nurturing process
- Handle responses, schedule appointments, follow-ups
- Suggest improvements to ideal customer profiles
- Update CRM with information on customer and lead
- Ability to find and share necessary information which helps build communication with prospects
- Review, evaluate and update current processes
