Qualifications of our ideal candidate:
- A complete understanding of selling software development
- Having a track record of building successful agency profiles on Upwork
- More than 3 years of work in Upwork
- Successful examples of leadership in sales
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
- Good end-to-end understanding and ownership including digital media and supply chain understanding
- Strong data analytics capability, to actively identify business opportunities.
- English level: Upper-intermediate
🛠Job description:
- Analyze markets, clients, competitors, products, pricing, trends, etc.
- Develop and lead strategy based on market analysis and sales targets
- Work on making our Upwork the fastest-growing agency, generate leads there.
- Manage 3-5 hot leads a month
- Get batch of top-rated and all of the devs
- Deliver sales pitches, presentations, demos for trading software & data products
- In coordination with Business Analyst, maintain efficient communication with mid-high level technical and business contacts to understand Client’s business, objectives, needs, problems, and budget
- Develop, communicate and negotiate offers on a win-win basis
- Drive people and teams within Client and Spark to secure new contracts
- Upselling and cross-selling as well as acquiring new clients
- After contract signature, work closely with Project Manager until successful delivery
- CRM reporting/coordination with Global Sales Team
- Represent Spark in industry events
