Required Qualifications:
  • Education in an international university or a study abroad experience is a plus
  • Possesses spoken, listening and written English (Upper-Intermediate and above);
  • Self-motivated, proactive candidate with good time management, organizational skills and a positive attitude
  • Customer service, closing, negotiation skills
  • Motivation in sales, marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration, understanding that the result depends on self
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, office software and phone, CRM systems
  • 1-year of similar experience in a call center, telemarketing, and simple sales over the phone
  • The ability to work according to the script
  • Readiness for continued learning and improvement of one’s knowledge;
Responsibilities:
  • Serves international English-speaking customers by selling the product and meeting customer needs. Sells wedevx educational products to attendees of free trial lessons
  • Meets sales goals and plans, Filling reports in the CRM system, Meeting the standards for calls and minutes
  • Conducts career counseling for prospective students via video link to sell the product;
  • Services existing leads, obtains leads, and establishes new leads by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Learns and assists with the content of sales presentations. Works on the script and the qualification of the leads;
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending company meetings, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in educational workshops
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
More About the Role:
  • Start date Feb 1st, 2023.
  • Salary $300 fixed rate, plus performance bonuses
  • 8-hr day split between night shift and day shift, flexible schedule
