Company Overview:TimelinesAI (timelines.ai) is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS product with a global presence. We proudly serve a diverse user base spanning over 100 countries, with thousands of active users.


At TimelinesAI we have a developed multi-channel acquisition system that is bringing hundreds of new leads on a weekly basis. We use all premium tools for new business acquisition from prospecting to outreach. 


Experience Required: 2-3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Engage: Identify potential customers within the target market and engage them proactively.
  • Compelling Presentations: Deliver impactful sales presentations and provide insightful product consultations.
  • Customer Understanding: Understand the unique needs of each customer and articulate the value of our product accordingly.
  • Contract Management: Handle contracts and their terms with efficiency and precision.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass set sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relations: Establish and nurture robust relationships with B2B customers, acting as their primary liaison.
  • Tailored Solutions: Understand customer goals and propose tailored product solutions.
  • Ongoing Support: Ensure customer satisfaction through regular support and check-ins.
  • Feedback Loop: Serve as a conduit between customers and our product development team, providing invaluable feedback and insights.


Requirements:

  • Proven Success: A track record of success in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in SaaS.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid technical grasp of SaaS products.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to address both technical and business challenges with effective solutions.
  • Collaborative: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative: Possess analytical thinking and a knack for innovative problem-solving.
  • Organized: Demonstrated organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in the Turkish language is a plus.
