- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 5+ years of relevant experienceAdvanced Admin Certification and/or Sales Cloud Consultant CertificationExperience with Integrations and third-party applications involving SalesforceStrong knowledge of and demonstrable experience using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud to solve business problemsAbility to understand and use all declarative automation and functions within the Salesforce ecosystemExtensive experience in building lightning flows, processes, complex automation using declarative toolsData migration experience using tools like Jitterbit, etc.Maintain and manage data quality/integrity of Salesforce data.Design, build and manage reports and dashboards to meet business needs.Ability to understand and debug codeExperienced in Data Modelling and all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rulesExperience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
