-Coaching the team and organisation on the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values
-Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity
-Continuously increase focus on business value
-Continuously help the team to own the responsibility for their actions
Requirements:
-4+ years of experience in coaching teams on the use of Agile.
-2+ years of experience in standard Scrum
-2+ years of successful experience leading the ceremonies for multiple scrum teams
-Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
-Experience in building an agile guild within the organization.
-Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
-Experience in improvising different types of agile ceremony types to increase team motivation.
-Excellent English language skills
