DevX is looking for mentors with a creative and self-driven mindset to join our Ed-Tech team. **Objectives of this role**

This is a part-time, virtual/remote position in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan 

**Hours per week:**  4-6 hours per week.

**Mentoring sessions schedule:**

mentoring sessions are currently online Tuesday and Thursday 3pm-5pm

**Salary**: depending on hours, experience and qualifications

**Responsibilities**

- Facilitate the group project

- Collaborate with the top-notch international instructors 

- Identify the skill level of participants and align delivery of course material to match individual students’ needs.

- Ensure a positive, successful learning experience.

- Facilitate group discussions, demos, and feedback sessions

- Prepare students for success in all aspects of their journey towards becoming critical thinkers and problem solvers

- Provide actionable feedback on student’s soft and hard skills

- Follow industry trends related to your professional field

- Answer Students’ Slack Messages as appropriate

- Mentoring of students, supplemented with your own professional experiences, assisting with homework

- Participate in occasional project and curriculum development, as well as curriculum refinement

**Required skills and qualifications**

- Ability to mentor students with comprehensive online delivery.

- Proven industry experience

- Great communication skills, min intermediate English
