We are looking for a number of Second Line Technical Support Agents to support our clients across the world.
As a growing business with an increasing international presence, we want to support our customer base globally and 24 x 7.
Hours: 40 hours a week on a rolling rota to cover weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Must have - Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
Must have - Be able / willing to commit to shift work requiring occasional weekend work
Preferable - experience of travelling overseas for study or work.
Preferable - experience of working in a versatile and dynamic team environment.
