💼 Responsibilities

Build scalable and high-performance backend systems.
Design and optimize database architecture for efficiency.
Improve backend security, scalability, and maintainability.
Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.

✅ Requirements

5+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong expertise in FastAPI, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Neo4j.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS).
Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption).
High-level English proficiency – ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
