management.

 Collaborate closely with IT and Operations to gather business requirements for system

enhancements and implementations.

 Analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and requirements,

recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.

 Serve as a liaison between various departments, facilitating negotiations and resolving

conflicts.

 Develop and implement business solutions and strategies.

 Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and summaries.
