We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s naturally curious, detail-oriented, and great at turning data into clear insights and solutions.
What you’ll do:
• Evaluate and optimize business processes
• Gather and analyze requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Lead workshops, document processes, and ensure smooth communication between teams
• Translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs
What we expect:
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst (IT environment preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum projects
• Confident English-C1
• Proficiency with documentation and tools like Excel, G-Suite, or similar
