Senior Data Scientist

Experience: 5+ years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives and solve complex business problems using advanced analytics, statistical methods, and machine learning.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn ambiguous problems into measurable solutions, develop production-ready models, and communicate insights that drive meaningful business decisions.

• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and exploration through modeling, validation, and deployment.
• Develop and evaluate machine learning and statistical models using large and complex datasets.
• Use Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, experimentation, and automation.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure product and business impact.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify opportunities where data science can create measurable value.
• Establish best practices for model validation, monitoring, documentation, and reproducibility.
• Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists and provide technical guidance through code and analysis reviews.
• Stay current with developments in machine learning, AI, statistics, and data science.

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning.
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models in real-world environments.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or causal analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience owning projects independently and influencing decisions through data.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, or other large-scale data platforms.
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and production ML systems.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or NLP.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical leadership to other data scientists.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
