At IncTec, we’re building scalable, production-grade platforms — and we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us deliver high-quality user experiences across multiple products.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on real systems, complex features, and performance-critical applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building complex frontend features using React & TypeScript

Writing clean, scalable, and production-ready code

Contributing to frontend architecture and best practices

Working with REST APIs and backend teams

Ensuring proper testing coverage (Jest, RTL)

Optimizing performance (LCP, TTI, bundle size)

Maintaining and improving component libraries & design systems

Debugging and resolving production issues

Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers

Tech Stack

Frontend: React, TypeScript

State Management: Redux

Styling: SCSS, Tailwind, CSS-in-JS

Testing: Jest, React Testing Library

Build Tools: Webpack / Vite

API: REST (Axios / Fetch)

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of frontend development experience

Strong expertise in React & TypeScript

Experience with state management (Redux or similar)

Solid understanding of modern CSS & responsive design

Experience with testing frameworks

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work independently on complex features

Nice to Have

Next.js (SSR)

Cypress / Playwright

GraphQL

Design systems experience

Accessibility (a11y) knowledge

Animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion)
