Role overview
You’ll own paid acquisition through Google Ads and be responsible for scaling performance across high-budget, data-heavy accounts. This role exists to drive efficient growth, improve unit economics, and turn advertising data into clear business decisions. You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to make paid traffic a predictable growth engine.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and scale Google Ads accounts across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max with significant budgets
- Build and execute paid acquisition strategies aligned with revenue and LTV goals
- Analyze performance deeply and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CPL and CAC
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, analysts, and product teams to align data with creative and messaging
- Lead structured testing of audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels
- Implement automation, scripts, and scalable processes to improve efficiency
- Influence overall growth strategy with insights from paid traffic and attribution data
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads at scale
- Proven experience working with budgets of $200,000+ per month and delivering measurable ROI
- Strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Confident analytical skills with Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and performance dashboards
- Deep understanding of performance and growth metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, CR
- Ability to own strategy end-to-end, from hypothesis to scaling and post-analysis
- English level B2+ for daily collaboration with international teams and stakeholders
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Bing Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
- Hands-on work with scripts, automated rules, or Ads API integrations
- Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or high-volume lead generation
- Experience mentoring or guiding other paid media specialists
