What you'll do
- Drive the development of our solution set by delivering high-quality, production-ready Java code
- Contribute to the full lifecycle of application and business logic development, from concept to deployment
- Engage actively in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and internal Idea Talks to support cross-functional collaboration
- Perform thorough code reviews and write tests to maintain code quality and system reliability
- Support project estimation, planning, and pre-sales activities with your technical expertise
- (Optional) Contribute to the team and community through mentoring, technical interviews, or knowledge sharing at internal and external dev2dev and meetup events
What you bring
- 4+ years of practical experience in Java development
- In-depth knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular is a strong plus
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest innovations in Java and software engineering
