We are looking for an experienced engineer based in Kyrgyzstan to join a distributed team from Poland, Bulgaria, and Lithuania. You will become part of a large and long‑term project — a cloud‑based SaaS platform trusted by 13,000+ public‑sector agencies worldwide. The platform supports the entire HR lifecycle and processes large-scale operational data flows. Your work will focus on shaping, transforming, and optimizing these data streams for reporting, analytics, and automation.
The project has existed for 12+ years — stable, mature, and actively evolving with modern AI‑driven capabilities.
What you'll do
- Architect and deliver production-grade .NET solutions with a focus on performance and scalability
- Lead full-cycle development from requirements analysis through deployment and optimization
- Engage stakeholders through demo sessions, Agile ceremonies, and technical workshops
- Champion code quality through rigorous reviews and robust test automation strategies
- Contribute to business growth by participating in technical estimations, planning, and pre-sales activities
- Optional leadership: Conduct technical interviews, mentor team members, and share expertise at industry events
What you bring
- At least 4+ years of practical experience with .NET
- Proficiency in C# (.NET Core & .NET Framework)
- Solid experience with microservices architecture and understanding of DDD and clean code principles
- Familiarity with MS SQL, Redis, and MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB)
- B2 level of English or higher, with experience communicating with English-speaking customers
- A strong desire to improve skills and stay updated on the latest technological advances in .NET development
