Key Responsibilities:
-Network Design and Architecture
· Develop and implement network architecture and designs that meet the current and future needs of the company and its clients.
· Design and optimize ISP service networks, including routing, switching, and bandwidth management.
· Architect and manage data center networks, ensuring scalability, redundancy, and high availability.
-Implementation and Deployment
· Lead the deployment of new network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless systems, and data center equipment.
· Configure and optimize network devices to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
-Maintenance and Support
· Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
· Provide advanced technical support for network-related incidents and problems, particularly in ISP and data center environments.
· Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and policies.
-Security and Compliance
· Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against internal and external threats.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends, particularly in ISP services and data centers.
· Proactively identify opportunities to enhance network performance, security, and efficiency.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on large-scale, enterprise-level networks, including ISP and data center environments.
· Strong expertise in network architecture, design, and implementation.
· Proficiency with networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP) and technologies (e.g., Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
· Experience with ISP service networks and data center networking, including cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
· Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
· Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, MTCINE, MTCRE or equivalent are highly desirable.
· Willingness and ability to travel internationally for work missions (20-30% of the time).
