Kanda Software is looking for a skilled Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery and a solid understanding of software development processes.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and knows how to keep communication clear between clients and teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead software development projects from initiation to delivery
• Run Agile/Scrum processes (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)
• Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, and engineering teams
• Communicate progress, priorities, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure quality, transparency, and smooth delivery across all project stages
• Support production releases and coordinate timely issue resolution
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• English level-C1 (international projects)
• Technical background or understanding of mobile/web application development is a plus
