Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Python Developer with hands-on experience in Redis, Celery, Celery Beat, and distributed task queuing systems. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining backend infrastructure that powers complex asynchronous processes across our applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect and implement distributed task queues and scheduling systems using Celery, Redis, and Celery Beat
• Optimize and monitor performance of background task workers, queues, and job retry mechanisms
• Write clean, modular, and well-tested code for scalable backend services
• Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and product teams to align on architecture and data flows
• Maintain high reliability of scheduled and ad-hoc tasks in production environments
• Document system designs, processes, and configuration for internal use

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of backend development experience in Python
• Proven experience with Redis as a broker and result backend
• Strong expertise in Celery task queues and Celery Beat scheduling
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and message-based architectures
• Solid experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Familiar with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and Unix-based systems
• Strong debugging and system optimization skills
