What is required:
- 3+ years of successful IT recruitment experience
- Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
- Knowledge of direct search and headhunting techniques
- Ability to lead a full-cycle of recruiting of tech position in different markets ( Russia, Ukraine, India, Armenia etc)
- Good understanding of job market

- Ability to work with several tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- An ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, and self-directed
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform full cycle recruiting process for the specific technical positions (mostly)
- Provide consultancy and share knowledge with job stakeholders helping them reach their targets
- Define the best talents according to business needs and the company’s values
