Bookinglane is a startup in the Luxury Travel Tech space. We build digital products for the premium travel industry: booking and trip-planning solutions.

Our team is growing, and we're looking for an SEO Specialist to grow organic traffic and bring new users through search. We want someone who goes beyond link building, understands how search rankings work, and makes decisions based on data.

Responsibilities

SEO growth: increase organic traffic and move target keywords to the Top 3/10;
Keyword research, expansion, and clustering;
On-page optimization: metadata, headings, internal linking, and site structure;
Technical SEO audits and fixing indexing issues;
AI search optimization: publishing articles and building links and mentions so our brand shows up in AI search answers;
Basic ASO for our mobile apps: store listing, keywords, and visuals;
Analyzing traffic, rankings, and conversions to find growth opportunities;
Competitor and best-practice analysis;
Content management: coordinating content preparation and publication;
Managing and monitoring link-building activities.

Requirements

3+ years of SEO experience with proven results in traffic and ranking growth;
Experience running technical SEO audits;
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors;
Understanding of how AI search engines choose and show sources;
Understanding of mobile app ASO;
Ability to work with large amounts of data and analyze competitors;
Confident working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console;
Experience with SEO tools for keyword research, audits, and rank tracking (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Key Collector, TopVisor, or similar);
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Experience in travel, transportation, or booking platforms is a plus.
