MUST HAVE
- Сertified Data Professional
- Experience with 3 medium or large scale Data Management solutions: DWH/BI/Reporting/Big Data analytics/MDM/Metadata Management
- Experience with end-to-end implementation from vision to hand-over to production
- Hands-on with at least one of the major development stacks (Java/.NET/Python etc.)
- Expert experience in major RDBMS, BigData and Cloud tech stacks
- Experience in data analytics
- Experience with ETL and Data Integration toolsets
- Good understanding of architecture principles, platforms, and best-practices
- Experience with customers from the small/mid-size business
- Business analysis skills
- Customer-centric attitude
- Ability to drive initiatives, pre-sales engagements, R&D work-streams
