Hello! We are looking for a social media content manager for our tech company.
What you will be doing:
• Develop engaging content for Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.
• Design graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics and messaging.
• Exhibit a strong sense of design and effective copywriting skills.
Camera Presence:
• Confidently present and speak in front of a camera for various content formats. (podcasts and TikTok/Reels/Shorts content)
• Create video content that resonates with our audience.
Teamwork and Independence:
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
• Collaborate effectively with a team to achieve common goals.
Community Growth and Partnerships:
• Drive community growth online and solidify existing partnerships in Central Asia and Bishkek.
• Establish new partnerships to expand our reach and influence.
• Assist in organizing and executing physical and online events to engage with the community.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience as a social media content creator and graphic designer.
• Tools: Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Skills: Excellent design sense and copywriting skills.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Presentation: Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Location Flexibility: Willingness to engage with local communities in Central Asia and Bishkek, including attending and helping out at physical events. Monthly physical visit with other team members in Bishkek.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities as needed to support the team’s goals.
