Requirements

4+ years of experience with Java and JavaScript development.
3+ years of expertise building web apps with Java and JavaScript.
Ability to design and implement solutions for solving business and tech tasks.
Excellent knowledge of classic algorithms and data structures.
Good understanding of software design principles and patterns.
Strong knowledge of Java Core.
Proficiency working with Spring (Core, Data, MVC, Boot).
Hands-on experience with RESTful Web Services development.
Experience using Git in a collaborative environment.
Practice with Progressive Web App technologies.

Will be a plus

Experience with Angular.
Knowledge of automated testing.
Expertise working with cloud platforms.
Spring Cloud development experience.
Practice working with relational databases.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or mathematics.
At least the Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

Lead the team of FrontEnd and BackEnd developers working on diverse projects
Directly communicate with customers
Work on improving skills of the team and define overall FE and BE development strategy
Maintain high standards of code quality by setting up the development process and performing code reviews
Follow and use the latest trends in technologies and software architecture
Conduct technical interviews to extend the team
Work closely with other teams to provide our customers with the best possible solutions
