We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Developer or Principal Engineer to lead high-frequency trading (HFT) technology development from the ground up. If you have deep expertise in algorithmic trading, market microstructure, and high-performance .NET systems — this is your playground.


Salary: Competitive (base + performance-based bonuses, incl. crypto options)

Format: Full-time, on-site in Limassol (hybrid available after 6 months)

About the project:

You’ll join a high-performing prop trading team building next-generation infrastructure for executing quantitative strategies on global derivatives markets. From low-latency execution systems to alpha-generating models — you’ll shape the core tech powering 24/7 trading at scale. You’ll also have the freedom and budget to build your own team from scratch.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of trading algorithms and supporting systems

• Optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and low-latency execution

• Drive the evolution of our trading platform in collaboration with traders and quants

• Take full ownership of the SDLC and ensure best-in-class development practices

• Build, manage, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-impact solutions


Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a senior/principal role in trading tech

• Solid experience in algorithmic strategy development and HFT environments

• Deep understanding of market microstructure, exchange APIs, and latency-sensitive systems

• Advanced proficiency in .NET/C# or C++, with strong software design skills

• Skilled in CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure automation

• Strong analytical mindset and experience in performance tuning

• Track record of delivering critical systems in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality

• Leadership experience in building and scaling dev teams

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
