Right now, we're actively looking for a Tech Support Engineer (L2-L3) to join our vibrant team in the Managed Services department. Ready to be part of something big?


Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Resolve incoming customer support cases assigned by the Tech Lead.
  • Manage incidents during after-hours and weekends (On-Call Duties).
  • Tackle client issues related to AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Gitlab, CI, Jenkins, Bash/Shell, and Container orchestration platforms.
  • Conduct Linux troubleshooting: log aggregation, monitoring, intrusion detection.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers on complex issues involving system integration and custom configurations.

Note: Weekly On-Call Duties are expected, with most clients active according to the UTC+2 time zone.


Qualifications

We're on the lookout for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in Linux troubleshooting, particularly on Ubuntu and Alpine distributions.
  • Proficiency in log aggregation, monitoring, and intrusion detection on Linux systems.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash/Shell.
  • Good experience with Containerization and Orchestration (Kubernetes and Docker).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Automation experience in scripting languages for system-related tasks.
  • Language: Minimal English and Russian: B2+ (Critically necessary. Must communicate fluently)


Good to have skills (NOT a must):

  • Hands-on Cloud experience (AWS or Azure), YAML, Helm.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Gitlab.
  • Experience supporting EU or USA customers.
