We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio in Figma designs to contribute to our projects in Bishkek. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web and mobile design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Use Figma to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio, including work in Figma.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bishkek.
