We are seeking a highly creative and skilled UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in Figma to join our team in Bishkek. This role involves designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for both mobile and web platforms, as well as creating engaging logos and brand identities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all stages of the design process, from conceptualization through to the final delivery.

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces using Figma.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
• Design logos and develop visual brand identities that align with client objectives and company vision.

• Three or more years of UI/UX design experience.
• Expertise in Figma, including a portfolio of comprehensive wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
• Experience in creating logos and branding material.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
