Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment
- Understand the job description and engage with potential candidates on job boards & social media platforms
- Implement headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends
- Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.
Required skills and qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience as an IT recruiter, within the US Staffing industry.
- Handle W2 recruitment, H1B transfers, and Green Card (GC) filing procedures.
- Engage and negotiate with candidates effectively.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing terminology and rate negotiation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate submissions and tracking.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in US IT staffing and recruitment.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking
- Experience in sourcing using different job boards and social media platforms.
- Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
