Part-Time UX/Designer, DeFi Web3

Job Description:

The Part-Time UX/Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our decentralized finance (DeFi) web3 application. The primary focus of this role will be the design and conceptualization of the landing page and web application.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for our DeFi platform.

2. Create ready-to-use designs for developers on Figma, including design systems and components.

3. Understand product specifications and user psychology, working to ensure our product meets market needs and user expectations.

4. Work in close collaboration with the product and development teams to implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

5. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize and iterate on design.

6. Maintain and evolve a consistent user interface and overall design language across our products.

Qualifications:

1. Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in the DeFi/web3 sector.

2. Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma.

3. Experience with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and understanding of cryptocurrencies.

4. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

5. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

6. Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

7. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and remote environment.
