As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging web interfaces for our digital health solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex product requirements and seamless user experiences, ensuring every design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also aligned with brand standards and strict MedTech regulations.
This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate healthcare needs into high-impact digital interfaces in a fast-paced, agile setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndividual Contributions- End-to-End Design: Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly web interfaces for digital health platforms.
- Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Regulatory & Brand Alignment: Ensure all design outputs adhere to corporate brand guidelines and mandatory MedTech regulatory standards.
- Responsive Optimization: Implement mobile-first and responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.
- User Research Support: Assist in user testing sessions, gathering and analyzing feedback to iterate on UI/UX decisions.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date design systems, user flows, and technical specifications to support the development lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to maintain a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
- Agile Participation: Actively contribute to sprint planning and reviews, ensuring design integrity throughout the development process.
- User Advocacy: Champion user-centered design (UCD) principles across the organization.
- Knowledge Sharing: Present insights from usability testing to help shape the overall product roadmap.
- Proven Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design projects, preferably within healthcare, MedTech, or other highly regulated industries.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert-level skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Technical Standards: Deep familiarity with Accessibility Standards (WCAG) and User-Centered Design principles.
- Agile Fluency: Experience working in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
