An international company offers long-term and interesting work as a Web Project Manager to work closely with different departments, manage to launch future MVPs, and manage current projects.
An ideal candidate should have a background in product management and/or project management, with experience in successfully launching products or startups. Being well-versed in UI/UX prototyping, having good knowledge of Figma, and having a sharp eye are all crucial qualities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Development and conception of new products and projects.
- Leading IT development teams from the product concept to the final versions.
- Prototyping user-friendly interfaces.
- In-depth monitoring and management of products that are already in development.
- Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, orchestrating the deployment of the products.
- Communication with all teams to discuss goals, timelines, deliverables, obstacles, and dependencies.
- Strong time management skills and self-discipline.
- Documenting development processes and procedures.
- Documenting processes and procedures for website development.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis.
Who you are and whom we’re seeking:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- You will need to work alongside engineers, marketers, and C-level executives on a daily basis.
- Time management and organizational skills* will help you to manage multiple projects. From budgets and roadmaps to customer interview schedules, solid time-keeping and project management capability is essential.
- Technical skills* are an important factor. Specific knowledge of software engineering, UX, testing, and more will be invaluable in the day-to-day of the role but not required.
- Experience in remote full-time work is desirable.
