Senior Flutter Mobile Developer (DeFi / Trading) | Remote

We’re looking for a talented Senior Flutter Developer to build and optimize a next-gen mobile DeFi super app. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work on a high-performance trading platform for active traders and degens — with a clean UX, lightning-fast UI, and real-time data at scale.

Salary: Competitive, paid in USDT (negotiable based on experience) + potential equity/token options

About the Role:

You’ll lead the development of key mobile features for a real-time trading and social platform. From high-speed order execution to interactive leaderboards and social engagement tools, you’ll make sure the app delivers a seamless, lag-free experience. You’ll work closely with backend, product, and design teams while mentoring other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain core mobile features using Flutter/Dart

• Optimize performance and responsiveness for real-time data and charts

• Integrate APIs for crypto trading, push notifications, and live WebSocket feeds

• Implement robust security measures (key protection, biometrics, secure auth)

• Build features such as trading orders, limits, social interactions (comments, likes), leaderboards

• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, PM, and QA to deliver top-quality releases

• Conduct code reviews and mentor mid/junior developers

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ years in mobile development, including 2+ years with Flutter

• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter, and state management tools (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.)

• Experience integrating REST APIs and WebSockets

• Skilled in animations and custom UI components

• Understanding of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM)

• Proven experience in mobile performance optimization

• Knowledge of secure coding practices, encryption, and authentication

• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with quick iteration cycles

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TradingView API or similar trading chart integrations

• Experience integrating payment systems or crypto wallets

• Experience publishing apps to App Store / Google Play
