At IncTec, we’re scaling multiple production systems and looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure and deployment processes.
This is a hands-on role focused on real systems, real deployments, and real impact.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
Managing and deploying services on AWS (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3)
Working with Docker-based environments
Supporting Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Monitoring system health (logs, metrics, alerts)
Troubleshooting production and staging issues
Supporting incident response and recovery
Improving deployment speed, reliability, and stability
Maintaining infrastructure documentation and runbooks
Tech Stack You’ll Work With
Cloud: AWS (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch)
Containers: Docker
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
IaC: Terraform
Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana
Logging: CloudWatch, ELK
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure
Strong hands-on experience with AWS & Docker
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of Linux systems
Basic knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
Ability to troubleshoot and solve production issues independently
Nice to Have
Kubernetes basics
Scripting (Python / Bash)
Experience with monitoring & observability tools
Understanding of networking (VPC, DNS, Load Balancing)
