The Position
We're looking for someone who loves helping people. If you love interacting with people on a daily basis to help them learn how to optimize their work then read on…
* Arrange your team to help customers troubleshoot and navigate through processes and bugs regarding the Veeqo software in an articulate way;
* You're persistent. Support at Veeqo is much different than at many software companies. It's not the same questions over and over again, and often involves researching technical nuances of integrations we support;
* You love the opportunity to solve new problems every day and won't give up when you don't know the answer right away;
* Assist Veeqo software customers with varied skill levels;
* Take ownership of technical issues and take our customers' problems, puzzles, bugs etc. through to completion from beginning to end;
* Teach your team to follow and maintain a streamlined bug filing and resolution process;
* Work on having a documentation to help users help themselves (all the documentation on our help site is written and maintained by the support team);
* Experiment: this is a startup so everything can change.
Requirements
* Over 3 years of experience in customer service environment;
* Fluent English;
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
* You have an innate interest in technology;
* Your friends describe you as independent and reliable;
* Always ready to help others and be helped;
* You are a captain of the boat: ability to lead group of people, don't afraid of making decisions, ready to help others grow.
