We are a SaaS business developing a Shared Inbox and Integrations platform for Whatsapp (https://timelines.ail). We work in fully distributed remote mode, without central offices. We are looking for customer support person to work with our customers in Europe, Middle East and South-East Asia.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ handle quotes, subscriptions and payments topics for our customers
+ answering questions on functionality of the system
+ troubleshooting technical issues towards handover to the development team
+ working with our engineers on technical issues while communicating back to customers on progress of their inquiries
+ conduct live demo / customer success / troubleshooting sessions with customers in Zoom (in cooperation with product and marketing team)
+ take ownership of portions of our customer documentation to make sure it’s of top quality and up to date
Our requirements:
+ Available to work during the core hours of 6am - 1pm, Monday - Friday, UTC
+ Previous experience of at least 2 years working remotely in Customer Support for SaaS business, background in Technical support / manual QA is a plus
+ Fluent spoken and written English
+ Experience with WhatsApp platform
+ Experience with automation platforms (such as Zapier, Make, Customer.io) is a BIG advantage
+ Experience with CRMs systems operation (especially Pipedrive, Zoho or Hubspot) is an advantage
+ Power user of Chrome Browser and at least one mobile platform (iOS or Android)
