About the Role
Join as the first engineer at Infinity Logistix, a SaaS marketplace + CRM in logistics. You’ll own architecture, define the stack, and ship the MVP in a highly motivated team.
This is a 0→1 role: you’ll design systems, write core code, and set engineering culture and standards.
What You’ll Do
• Own the architecture - design a scalable multi-tenant schema, define APIs, and make key tech decisions.
• Build the core - authentication, payments, and marketplace + CRM logic with clean, testable code.
• Lead and unblock - review PRs, coach the second engineer, enforce standards.
• Run infrastructure - CI/CD setup, monitoring, migrations, and basic DevOps.
• Drive delivery - prioritize scope, communicate tradeoffs, and ensure MVP launch readiness.
About You
• 5–10 yrs full-stack experience (React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL).
• Proven record shipping 0→1 products or MVPs.
• Fluent in system design - from schema design to API contracts.
• Comfortable with CI/CD, Docker, cloud hosting (Vercel, GCP, or similar).
• Startup mindset: pragmatic, fast, and collaborative.
• Strong communicator who mentors and unblocks teammates.
Nice to have: marketplace and/or CRM background, early-stage startup experience.
