Your Role: What You’ll Do & What We Expect
As Full Stack Team Lead, you'll play a key role in growing and leading our engineering team. You'll drive product delivery, contribute hands-on to development, and collaborate with product, design, and QA teams.
You will:
- Lead and mentor frontend/backend developers
- Write production-ready code using .NET/C#, React, and TypeScript
- Design and maintain scalable microservice architecture
- Guide technical decisions and ensure clean, well-documented code
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring product features to life
- Manage CI/CD workflows and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Ensure system reliability, testing, and performance
- Use tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and logging systems effectively
- Communicate clearly and take ownership of deadlines and deliverables
What You Bring
- 6+ years of full stack development experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or tech lead role
- Deep understanding of .NET, React, REST APIs, TypeScript
- Experience with scalable backend systems and microservices
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills
- English proficiency (reading documentation, team collaboration)
Bonus If You Have
- Background in startups or high-growth tech teams
- Experience in travel tech or logistics platforms
- Exposure to GraphQL, NoSQL databases, real-time architecture
- Understanding of business-side impact of product decisions
