Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Strategy & Product Specialist whose main focus will be to increase customer conversion and retention rates across our platform. This role blends product strategy, data-driven decision-making, and marketing execution. You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion and retention across Bookinglane’s platform.
• Use analytics tools to track customer behavior, identify drop-off points, and design solutions to improve funnel performance.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing (Klaviyo).
• Create and present dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to measure KPIs and performance trends.
• Conduct A/B testing and customer segmentation to optimize messaging, product features, and user experience.
• Support the product team in aligning growth strategies with product roadmap and customer feedback.
Requirements
• Proven experience in growth strategy, product marketing, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, retention strategies, and user lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools, including:
• Klaviyo (email marketing & automation)
• Google Ads (search, display, remarketing)
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
• Tableau (data visualization & reporting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in SaaS, travel, or luxury services industry is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
• $1,500 monthly base salary + commission (performance-based).
