IT Infrastructure & Automation Lead
(Internal Systems Owner | Home Services Tech)
Location: Remote (US time overlap preferred)

This Is an OWNER Role (Not a Dev Ticket Role)
You will be responsible for how the company runs technically, end-to-end.

🛠️ What You Will Own
1️⃣ Infrastructure & Security
- Website hosting, DNS, SSL, backups, monitoring
- Security best practices (access control, data protection, incident prevention)
- System reliability and uptime
2️⃣ Integrations & Automation (Core)
- Zapier / n8n / custom API automations
- ServiceTitan ↔ GoHighLevel ↔ Website ↔ Ads ↔ Internal tools
- Reduce manual work across ops, marketing, and dispatch
3️⃣ ServiceTitan (Technical Ownership)
- Data extraction, reporting, automation
- Custom workflows & integrations
- Supporting ops with clean, reliable data
4️⃣ Dashboards & Visibility
- Build and maintain internal dashboards (Retool / BI / custom tools)
- Give leadership real-time insight into:
- leads
- jobs
- revenue
- performance
5️⃣ Internal Tools & Systems Thinking
- Improve how teams work through tech
- Automate repetitive processes
Document systems clearly so nothing lives “in your head”
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
- Proven ownership of IT systems or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of Linux / servers / deployments
- Experience with automation & integrations
- Comfortable working with APIs
- Backend or full-stack background (Python, JS, etc.)
- Ability to think in business processes, not just code
Can work independently and take responsibility
Big Plus (Not Required)
- Experience with CRMs (ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Zapier / n8n power user
- Dashboard tools (Retool, Metabase, Looker, PowerBI)
- Home services or ops-heavy industries
- Experience supporting fast-growing companies
