About the Role

Hey there! We’re on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our young and awesome team at Scramble. If you love bringing projects to life, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Gathering and detailing requirements while keeping our product backlog in check;
  • Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
  • Crafting comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Allocating resources efficiently to ensure top team performance;
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying, and addressing issues or risks proactively;
  • Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Keeping clear and effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager;
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Experience managing complex projects;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to plan and manage work independently;
  • Initiative and a goal-oriented mindset;
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment;
  • Analytical mindset with skills in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
