We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong background in manual testing and the capability to implement automation frameworks. This is an in-office role based in Downtown Bishkek and is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans for web and mobile platforms
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases
- Plan and implement automated testing strategies over time
- Maintain and expand automation test coverage using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Perform regression and performance testing as needed
- Track and report quality metrics for continuous improvement
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience testing both web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum)
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (preferred)
- Proficient in writing test cases and test documentation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good written in English
- Experience with REST API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Experience integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines
- Background in tech startups or SaaS companies
