Position Overview

Loadify is looking for a Sales and Onboarding Specialist based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, to focus on introducing Loadify’s TMS platform to the market. This role requires working in Chicago Time(CT) and a high level of English proficiency. The Sales and Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients as they implement Loadify’s TMS, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform and providing tailored support for trucking businesses looking to streamline their operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Connect with prospective clients, emphasizing the efficiency and productivity gains achievable with Loadify’s TMS platform.
  • Onboarding Guidance: Lead clients through each step of onboarding, ensuring they understand and utilize all aspects of Loadify’s TMS to optimize their logistics operations.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct platform demos, answer client inquiries, and facilitate a seamless platform experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chicago-based Loadify team to ensure a cohesive, timely, and successful onboarding process for each client.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients post-onboarding, monitoring satisfaction and addressing any operational challenges.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients, positioning Loadify as an essential tool for transportation management.

Qualifications

  • Based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, and available to work Chicago Time (CT) hours.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional language skills (Russian, Kyrgyz, or others) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales or client onboarding, ideally within SaaS, logistics, or transportation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
